Airbnb: Host Resource Center
I joined the Screens Production team to support the development, organization, and delivery of product screens for features launching in the May 2026 release. With product development and creative timelines evolving simultaneously, many screens were still in progress, requiring close collaboration with the XD team and thoughtful design decisions to keep production on schedule. I helped bridge the gap between product design and creative by organizing assets, maintaining consistency across deliverables, and creating production-ready screens when finalized designs were unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
Partnered with the XD team to track, source, and validate product screens for launch.
Built and maintained a cohesive, scalable screen library to streamline production workflows.
Updated and integrated the latest product screens into creative deliverables, ensuring visual accuracy and consistency.
Prepared and managed localized screen assets for multiple markets.
Created production-ready screen comps and made informed creative adaptations when final product designs were still in development, enabling projects to stay on schedule without compromising quality.
Seasonal pricing
Product screens were adjusted with creative liberties so they could be viewed above the crop. This required many conversations with the XD and creative teams to decide which elements were essential to keep and which could be safely removed.
Tips
Since we couldn’t view the full list of tips because of the crop, I suggested we create a faux scroll-down effect. That also let us place the “Reduce your 5-night minimum” message prominently in the center of the screen.
